They are missing the top strap, the screws that hold the top bar in place, and the pins to hold the spurs. Both hooks have a"R" on the bottom, but one has a left pad on the top. For sale is a lot of 2 sets of climbing gaffs + 2 Belts. One set of gaffs is labeled Melling Forging CO Lansing Michigan Brooks Patent No. 1956852. The other set is labeled Mine Safety Appliances Pittsburgh PA MSA Brooks Climber. They are both older, look to be in good shape, one has longer spikes than the other, the leathers look useable, but some of them have some wear and you may decide you want to replace them. The first belt(green one) is labeled Atlas Safety Equip Co Inc LC-23-C 3-45 20" It is in good shape, the other belt has some gray paint or clay/mud all over it, it is hard to read the nameplate because of the gray crud on it. I bought these thinking I would use them to top some pine trees in my yard, Then I decided at 63 I didn't need to learn how to climb a tree. They are in pretty good shape stitching looks good and leather does not look or feel dryed out. I rubbed them down with sadlle soap to clean up the leather the steel has some light surface rust. BELT. SPIKES, SAFETY BELT. UTILITY BAG. You get everything in the photos. Klein 5295 is New Old Stock. Its some sort of safety belt. Green belt looks good. Other darker belt worn, needs inspected. Bashlin Harness is older but looks good marked Size D24 and 54N. 38-46 inches is a very very rough estimate as this is just an inside measurement of the belt from the smallest hole to fully extended hole. Hopefully you can look up D24 size and see what that means. MSA Brooks Climber Gaffs should be inspected. All equipment should be inspected before use. These are currently set at 19 inches long. They can surely go shorter 3 or 4 holes. Not sure if they can go longer. Klein 5180 Bag dirty. But remember new ones are $100 or more. Klein 1640-20 Wire puller untested. These are actually new never used pads. These pads came installed on my gaffs when I bought them. I never actually climbed with these pads as I have a set of Velcro pads I have always used. The only wear you can see on these pads is from the gaffs being inserted and removed from them. I guess because of that I unfortunately I have to sell them used.but their really not"used" per say. from a estate sale in north Dakota. I gat a decent deal on them so selling at a lower cost than most. gaffs are brooks. mine safety of pittsburg pa. stamped; klein pullys and wire pull tool. harness is Buckingham. should fit size 30 to 40. the belt loop holes look clean and the leather is strong. my size is 32 and theres maybe ten inches of belt left over. pulleys and hooks with the wire pullers are all klein usa. 1613-30 on the wire pulls. 2 hooks. 2 wire pulls and 2 pully assemblys. pull strap is an old Buckingham has 5-54 stamp. still in working condition. all looks to in good working order. Here is a set of used tree/pole climbing spikes/gaffs and belts.The gaffs are BASHLIN. They are made from aluminium for light weight and are adjustable for length,also the spikes are replaceable an extra set of BASHLIN spikes are included in the pics,they are longer than the ones that are on them now.These are used but still in nice shape.There are also a couple of belts included one is an older KLEIN,I wear a size 36 and there is room for adjustment up and down.This is an older belt but still in decent shape.There are some other belts and harnesses included please see pics for what all is included in this lot,and the overall conditions of everything.Any questions please ask before bidding.Thanks

These steel climbers have a replaceable gaff. Twisted shank and offset design. The twisted shank lies flatter on the leg for more comfort. Old gaffs in New condition. They don't look to have ever been used. Some aging on metal buckles. Please see all pictures. Comes with original worn box and paperwork.
