I don’t know what these hoosises are for. They go from about 6 ¼” resting to about 13” stretched all the way and ready to go kaflap. That would take us from 4” diameter to 8 ¼ diameter going around round things. That still leaves the question of hoosises unresolved. What are they. And what are they for? I don’t know.
