I'm not sure what this is. It came from someone who owned a farm and horses and looks like it would fit a horse neck. It is in old. Used condition. The leather has not been taken care of. The strap is about 2" wide. The neat thing about it is the hardware. Big heavy buckle, loops and a hook- like thing. So, hang it on the wall for a rustic look. Please feel free to ask questions.
