These Hasco heated sprue bushings came off 3 different molds for a product line that never went into production. Each sprue bushing ran less than 1.000 cycles. Sprue bushings come wired to an existing 5-pin connector as shown. I checked each heater and thermocouple with a meter and they all tested fine. The cover from each heated sprue bushing that would go against the nozzle of the molding press is missing on each one. Should be able to get a spare cover from Hasco. We have no use for these heated sprue bushings any longer.

I have upgraded machines. This the is the reason why I am selling this one. Included are the machine and the frames you put the plastic in between. You will need to provide a shop vac(sometimes a household vacuum will work as well) Wood or fire bricks(to set on the grates in your oven- this is where you will place the frame with the plastic) large binder clips to clamp the frame together(so the plastic stays in place) and a household oven. I have used this machine up until a few days ago. It is made of wood. Nails, glue, pvc piping, the frame is made of aluminum with plastic corner pieces. This is a great hobby machine. You can make resin molds(jewelry molds) Polymer clay molds, plaster molds, chocolate/candy molds, soap molds. Just make sure if you are making food molds to use food safe plastic ... morelike VIVAK/PetG. The plastic will need to be approx 8 x 8 inches The molding area is approx; 6x6 inches Again. This is a used machine(used by me) it is in perfect working order and has wear(scratches, staining on the wood, glue is exposed in spots) but overall this is a great machine and has done me very well.

It will need to be wired up when it gets to its new home. This machine is being sold as it but it fires up great when we plug in the 110. Heats up just fine. The unhooked wire is for the controls which were working fine when we moved it. We just never had a reason to hook it back up. It ran great and I see no reason why it would not run great again as soon as it is hooked back up.
