This is the only vertical cascading retort in the state of Virginia(according to a VDACS statement four years ago) It is about 10 or 12 feet tall from the base of the feet to the top of the vented lid(that weighs 600 pounds) It has off-set weights(500 pounds) It has new 2 1/4" steam lines, it has new 1/2" steal air lines, a brand new(never used) disc chart recorder/PLC, a over-sized twin cylinder air compressor(like new) it has a four-to-five foot compressed air holding tank, it is ready for inspection by a certified retort processor. It is currently housed in a working production facility(LACF) in Central Virginia.

Simplomatic Plasticor PLA-63 Plastic Injection Machine Everything seems to be in working condition. But a valve(Included) will have to be installed to make it work correctly. I am including with this machine some left over parts from fixing up another machine that I also have listed on Ebay. These parts include a pneumatic valve. Short piece of hose, piece of high temperature wire, and an aluminum thermocouple block that I made for changing this machine over to digital controls. I intended to build this machine up as well but have lost interest in it and am selling it as a partial kit. The other parts needed for the conversion can be found on Ebay. If you choose to change it over to digital controls, you will need the digital temperature controller as well as a relay.
