This motion triggered alarm works well and can be set to be really loud or to respond with a more pleasant chime. It also has a keychain remote that allows you to activate the alarm(Panic Mode) from a distance or to arm or disarm the sensor. The remote uses a small flat battery which is included. And the Sensor Alarm uses 4 AA batteries that are not included. The instructions say that the sensor detects motion up to 30 feet away and sweeps an angle of up to 110 degrees.
