I have@ 16 of these Foam and Galvanized Insulated"Studs" that I ended up not using for my barn. These metal studs can be used in place of standard wood framing. You could create an insulated walled office in just a few hours. Most of the panels are already put together and at least 5' wide(Most are 6' and some are 8' by 8' tall and 4" thick. If you know what standard 2" thick 4x6' panels cost at home depot you can see what the savings would be with just the insualted panels alone. Not counting the studs. You can see the various sizes I have. Some have doorways already framed out. I also have various loose metal studs as well. These can not be shipped. They are LOCAL PICKUP only in Shelbyville. KY. FF-1600 the work horse of the older Gusmer foam machines. This is a hydrolic foam machine that I have put aprox. 100 sets through over the last 6 years. I purchased it from the original owner that never fired up the machine so all use was done by me. I am getting out of the spray foam business and no longer need the machine. I just sprayed a couple residential homes last week and know the machine works as well today as it did the day I purchased it. It comes complete and ready to use. I will completely drain and replace all the seals and fill the system with mineral oil prior to shipping. Handle and 2 fluid housings for Graco Fusion AP. One fluid housing has been scratched around where side seal cartridges sit from scraping with a screwdriver. The other has worn a bad spot around with the retaining ring goes. The internal ports of the handle have been worn from drill bits. It works GREAT at blowing in cellulosic insulation. I cleaned it in case there was any foam left in it. And the cleaner shot out the nozzle when I pressed the trigger, so its good and clean. Includes cleaner(I dont know how much is left in the can) and one can of foam. Comes in Hilti Case.
