Also included is a 2HP motor and pump for injecting adhesive into the mix if you want to spray on fireproofing or surfacing insulation. Hose and gun are not included. Up for bid. A used urethane foam gun system. I got his when my previous employer changed vendors. I used this equipment to insulate my old home. Could also be used for foam-in packaging. A good way to start a small insulation business. System requires air for the pumps and 120 volts for the feed line heaters. One of the pumps is partially disassembled and needs to be cleaned and put back together. Included are the 2 sets of hoses(total length about 40 feet) 2 mixing nozles, 3 drums of foam components( may be ok, may not) and the heater controls. Spray foam insulation machine Gusmer H 20/35 used heavy duty machine used for open cell foam and closed cell foam. Machine Mechanics work just like the first day we bought it it just covered in foam from usage. The lines need to be rebuilt and replaced because the foam gets hard and crystallizes But all motors and internal circuits are spot less. This is a US Fiber Insulation Blower The tornado is fully operational but due to a bad storage area the hopper needs to be rewired and needs bearing/motor work. This was a very good blower up until being stored after my injury. I can no longer do this type of work anymore so I am auctioning this off! It would probably take me 2 days to get it fully operational but it is very hard for me to even do that type of stuff anymore. So if you are able bodied and have electrical knowledge like I have you could have it up and running fast and at a great discount over buying a new or even a used one.
