Up for auction is a Stanley Hydraulic pole pruner and a pole chain saw as a set. The chain saw has a new 18 inch bar and chain and the pruner blade has been sharpened. This is a vintage U.S. Forest Service canteen. It is made of metal covered with canvas. The lid looks like it may be made of zinc like the old canning jar lids and still screws on tightly. It is in good condition. But the metal trim around the outside of the canteen is dinged and dented and there is light surface rust. The strap is made of canvas and is fitted around the outside of the canteen with about a 24" drop. There is some wear to the strap as shown in the photos, but not all the way through. It measures about 9 1/2" in diameter and about 2 1/2" wide. USFS is stenciled in red on one side of the canteen. A nice canteen to add to a collection or to use, but would recommend a thorough cleaning before using. If you have questions, please let me know. This is an old windmill used for many years at a south texas ranch. It is now a perfect yard art. The eight foot wide blades and motor spin in the wind. Emits a very nice sound when at a slow spin. It is governed to prevent excessive high speed revolutions. It is perfect for an upscale restaurant. Lodge, or gentelman ranch. It is approx 45 feet high. I bought this new in July 2008 to have as a backup. I used it one time. It has just been sitting in the closet ever since. This was made in January of 2008 by Buckingham manufacturing. The first 2 feet of the tape is a little beat up. But it reels back in nicely. The body of this tape measure shows signs of wear consistent with normal use. One of the screws that holds it together is missing, this does not affect it's operation in any way.

I used this equipment when I lived in a wooded area in Ohio to trim myown trees. I moved and don’t have a use for them now. The belt should easilyfit 30” to 38” waist. Here we have a 3 axe lot of single bit pole axe heads. These are vintage and one is an antique I believe. The first axe head is a approx. 3 lb axe that is made by Plumb. It is in very good condtion. The next axe is stamped 3 1/2lb. Thats the only marking on axe. It is also in very good condition. The third axe is a Coast to Coast Woodsman. This is an old axe head. It seems to be around 3lbs. This axe head has some chips in the blade edge and some mushrooming on the hammer end. Still in very useable condition. Blade have been sharpen by a elect grinder. done by the previous owner) I did a moderate clean with a wire bush to see if there was cracks or breaks to the axe. I did not find any breaks or cracks. Blades have nicks and chips to them. Surface rust and light pitting and darken area to the axe do to care and use Edges are rounded or nicked do to use.
