Band-It tool made when it was a subsidiary of Houdialle. Inc. prior to being sold off to IDEX Corporation in 1989. The instruction sheet was printed in 1979 so that's about when this tool was made. You can see by the pictures the Band-It tool has essentially been unused for nearly 35 years and is in close to NOS, pristine, condition. I'll even throw in the unopended tube of grease that accompanied the tool when it shipped from the factory. It's doubtful you'll ever be able to find another Band-It tool in this survivor condition.

Hi. Up for sale is a Dybaruc SM-70T Heat-Seal Strapping Machine with an 8.0 amps electrical motor. The machine was tested to power on and strap the box pictured. It looks great and works great! Some TLC would make this strapping machine perfect. There is some grime inside due to machine oil needed on gears that collected dust, other than that it has minor scratches due to normal use, but nothing that will interfere with usage. So cosmetically on a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being the best, I would rate it an 7.5+. Mechanically, it seems to be working great! Some cleaning and normal maintenance should make it perfect. We put the CU25 steel stapping away a few years ago as we no longer are receiving heavy items. It is used but works smoothly. We bought the Signode sealer at an auction several years ago but never used it. It needs oiling as the action is a little tight. Noticed today that one of the handles had been repaired but I don't believe it will make it any less serviceable. Shipping is at coast but items can be picked up locally. We are about half way between Louisville and Lexington. Kentucky.
