Here is some nice vintage Brainard Steel Strapping tools. Two of the pieces say brainard and the 3rd piece without the red handles I am unsure if it is part of these tools. I think it is part of these strapping Tools but I'm unsure. If you can tell me what the 3rd piece is and if it goes with these other two pieces that would be great. This is a YBICO banding tool. I presume this is the brand because it is the only name on it. There are no numbers either. It appears to use half inch banding. The banding part ratchets fine but the cutting tool appears to be missing something. But it does hold and pull the banding. It needs cleaning and repair.
