This a two cylinder THD model. Serial number 4394665. This engine was removed from a core drill unit when it was converted to be use d as a skid steer attachment and now runs off of the skid steer auxiliary hydraulic system. The Drill had two Wisconsin engines on it. A one cylinder unit ran the hydraulic pump and this unit that ran the drill. The tank was loosened to remove the motor mounts. I am selling these motors for a friend.And he told me that the unit they were removed from had very few hours of use on it.I helped remove these engines and have no reason to think otherwise, I saw no signs o f wear on the drill unit. The roads around here are coated with lime ston e gravel.And this drill was p ulled a few miles down these roads to the shop where they were removed. This mixer is for a Fairbanks Morse Model Z 1-1/2 hp and 2 hp gas engine. The needle valve turns and I took it out and it looks good. The air intake plate pushes in and springs back when pushed on with the finger. There are traces of dark green paint. The only small problem is one of the mounting bolts are broken off pretty much even with the flange. It will have to be drilled and retapped. The angel mounting bolt holes are 1-7/8" on center. There are no breaks or welds other than the broken off bolt. The inside needs cleaning but it's not bad. The whole cast iron mixer could use some cleaning. WE ACCEPT ALL FORMS OF PAYMENT. This Novo model S engine is believed to have been built in 1915 in Lansing Mi. it was restored by a previous owner and was painted the wrong color leaving me to believe that it was owned by a lady. It has a battery and buzz coil type ignition. It does run quite smoothly for an older engine. My reason for selling is because i have to many toys.

An Early Columbus Machine Co. Catalog in"as found" original condition. This 23-page booklet measures 9 1/4" x 7 1/4" and is complete. I would date it around 1900 or so. It lists the various Stationary(2-6 H.P. Portable and Electric type engines that were manufactured by this company during this time period. The front cover has a dealer sticker from Seaman& Merkel, Fleetwood, PA. This booklet shows some signs of use, discoloration and a few pages with light soiling. It measures about 2 5/16 inches in diameter at its largest and about 10 1/4 inches long. It has 1/2 inch pipe threads and they are in great shape. It has the original curved lever on it and everything works as it should. This whistle has some minor wear overall but it has some great original character. I believe it is ready to go to work on a boiler or on your shelf in your whistle collection or display. These originals don't turn up very often so don't miss your chance on it. It has the original curved lever on it but the pivot pin has been replaced with a bent nail. It would be a very easy repair. This whistle has some minor wear and imperfections but it has some great original character. After just a little elbow grease it would be ready to go to work on a boiler or on your shelf in your whistle collection or display. This is an original CROSBY brass steam whistle or exhaust whistle. It is in original condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind except for the top as can be seen in the photos. It measures about 2 inches in diameter at its largest and about 10 1/2 inches long. It has 3/4 inch pipe threads and they are in great shape. I think the actuating lever may be home made as it is steel but it looks and functions just fine. This whistle has some minor wear and blemishes overall but it has some great original character. It is marked CROSBY on the top of the bowl and has E473 stamped into one of the flats of the mounting hex. I believe it is ready to go to work on a boiler or on your shelf in your whistle collection or display. These originals don't turn up very often so don't miss ... moreyour chance on it. This is a neat looking little 1 cyl. Engine. I don't know a lot about it, it came from an estate, the flywheels are solid brass, it is a heavy piece about 12" long, it has great compression when its turned, there are some wear marks on the flywheel showing it was actually used to drive something. This is a real nice original BUCKEYE brass steam whistle. It is in excellent original condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind. It measures about 3 inches in diameter at its largest and about 12 1/2 inches long. It has 3/4 inch pipe threads and they are in great shape but the leading thread may need to be chased. It has the original curved lever on it and everything works as it should. It is marked Buckeye near the top as can be seen in the pictures. It also has a 64 stamped in one of the flats of the mounting hex. This whistle has some minor wear overall but it has some great original character. It is pretty crisp and it has some great original patina. I believe it is ready to go to work on a boiler or on your shelf in your whistle collection or display. Here is a good used set of vintage REO Royale wheels from a Model WD 21 reel mower. They are 9-1/2" OD and the hub hole is 3/4" I am sure they fit other REO models of the era. There is also a set of drive gears and pawls. The last 2 pcis show the worst areas of one wheel. You can see it is still very servicable. PAYMENT is by PAYPAL ONLY. Here is another of my vintage small engines I have to let go. This Briggs and Stratton engine is a Model 5S. Which has the correct suction carburetor and the deep oil pan, making it suitable to be used and re installed on some vintage lawn mowers of the late'40s to late'50s. From the 6digit serial number on this one, I would place it in 1950. As you can see from the pictures. It is not a beauty show contender, but a very nice, clean example, what I would call an older restoration. The engine case. Oil pan, cylinder head.was apart, beat blasted, painted and re assembled. Gaskets have been replaced and points and condenser checked. Cleaned and/or replaced. The flywheel shroud is nice and clean and has the grass catcher screen in it as well(many are lost throughout the years) Go ahead. ... moreListen to it. This is a rope start model. The 5S came optional with kick start lever, hand crank lever or recoil start. The tank is nearly undented but could use a better(more fuel resistant) paint. As you can see from the pictures, the actual oil bath air cleaner is missing. 2 variations are available for the 5S, one is a plastic model where you can see the actual oil level, the other is a full metal cleaner housing. Both options can be found here on Ebay. You can see the missing air filter does not prevent the engine from running, but in the long run, it should be nice to have it completed. The 3 groove pulley is not original. But fits and can be useful to run small attachments like pumps, air compressors, generators other other gadgets which always draws a crowd. I would prefer that the buyer picks up the engine(that will also be the time you pay for it) Although the engine is not the heaviest, packing it in a way that it will survive various handlers and truck rides will require sturdy boxes and proper(aka expensive) packing material. I'm selling this engine for a friend he purchased this engine with the intention of completely restoring it. FM Z 3 HP 425 RPM He has came down with an illness that has financially strapped him. When the engine was purchased it did not run. We had the magneto rebuilt and have the paper work that I will provide for the buyer. I removed the head and piston and freed up the rings. Checked the rod and main bearings all where in very nice condition. Purchased a new gas tank as you can see in one of the pictures, replaced the head and carb gaskets. The cup on the rocker arm was cracked and was nicely repaired. The engine sets on the original wooden skid. The engine now starts and runs.
