These have a plastic type cloth on the sides and bottom. Cannot find any MFG markings but Clamco make a very similar item or these could be there older models. I did plug each in and they do heat up. One has a regular 3 prong plug and the other has a twist lock plug. Each has a dial thermostat which appears to work. These shows wear and tear. But overall are operational and looks like they are in fair to good shape other than the electrical cords needing to be replaced.
