This is a SIGNODE hand operated banding/strapping crimper-sealer. This is for 3/8" steel strapping. Good old quality item. Used for crimping 3/8" clips. This does a double notch/crimp. I tryed it on the 1/2" clip. It was the only size I had. It crushed it easily, I'm sure it works ok. There is also a strap cutting area.
