This is a lovely chicken house. I've used this for 4yrs and have had upto 10 chickens in it. It has 4 laying boxes and 3 perches, plenty of space for 8-10 chickens to perch. Due to a new shed this coop is no longer required. It's been empty for a while and it needs a bit of TLC, some roof sections could do with replacing. The floor was recently replaced so should last a few more years. It's in average condition due to it standing but a bit of TLC and paint will bring it back to life. These coops cost over £500 new. This is about 15 inches tall at the top of the handle and I this is I think and old chicken water top. You would need to put a metal pan under it and it would self feed into the tray and its just a neat older farm collectible and its galvanized steel and I think its probably abut 2 gallons and was well made and just has average wear for the age and the shipping in the lower 48 states only is 12.00 priority mail with tracking and thanks for looking

I have(4) of these brooders. They have two of the GQF 300 watt heaters installed on this sheet metal hood. The hood is 54" x 57" I was brooding 250 quail chicks under each of these. I would guess that they could brood(125) chickens per brooder. I supported them with 4" x 4" blocks of wood. Adjust height appropriately.

A 1953 manual on raising chickens is up for your consideration. The manual has 75 pages of information and illustrations to aid in the best possible profit for raising poultry. Speaks on the interior quality of eggs. Types of feed and feeders, diseases and more. The book measures 9" by 6" and in fair used condition. It is solid but the first few pages do have stains and the back cover has come unattached from the staple, see next to last picture.
