Great panel saw that has hardly been used. Still looks new. We bought it new 5 years ago and have only used it mabey 5 times. Does not even have scratches in the paint. This saw will make a great addition to a sign shop or a wood working shop. This saw is 10' long and can handle up to 1" 1/4" material thickness. Can hook a vacuum up to it. This saw is in excellent condition. Runs perfect and has seen very little use. The only issue at all with this saw is that sometime or other the nuts that are used to tighten the height adjustment have been tightened with pliers, and they are slightly burred up. They're not bad at all, and could easily be replaced if a person wanted to. I've try to show them within the attached photos. The previous owner said that this does run but I have never had it running. It has a three phase 5 hp motor, 220/440. The good: it has a nice clean top. 1" arbor can take up to a 12" blade, also included in the box mounted to the back is a nema size o starter. The bad: No fence or miter gauge. The heavy sheet metal base has some dings and rust, the rust on the base has pitted it but the metal is still solid. The top mounts to base via 4 brackets, two have been repaired in the past and are still holding up, it will need a plug or hard wired. I am an hour south of St Louis.

Used power hacksaw. Built by the Peerless company in Racine. WI. This unit is estimated to be a late 1940s/early 1950s model. Unit runs on 240v 3 phase power. It will cut a solid 10" round billet without any problems. Unit has an automatic stop when the blade reaches the bottom of a cut. Frame is built to handle coolant but the pump would need to be rebuilt and replumbed. A good cleaning and you'd have yourself one nice workshop saw.
