This saw is complete, but has low compression and doesn't run due to a scored piston and cylinder. Also the throttle is stiff, and most of the paint Has peeled off of the blade shield because it has a dent (this doesn't affect functionality, only how it looks) this saw will need alot of work to work again, or is best to be used for the many good parts it has left. It's worth noting that I checked and it has GOOD spark. I have seen a few ignition systems from this model saw sell on here recently for almost what I'm selling this whole saw for. This Stihl TS-350 cut off saw was in a storage auction I won. It seems to have good compression. A neighbor said it showed 100+ or so with his compression tester.I have no idea what the compression range should be)I put some gas in the saw to attempted to start it, but it did not start. I don't have the knowledge of how to repair the saw. The yellow sticker shown in the pic calls for maximum wheel size 300mm or 12"Over-all, the saw looks to be in good shape. I do not have any use for it. Nor the time or knowledge to repair this myself. For shipping purpose. I may remove the handle section to fit into a shipping box easier. Listing is for a Stihl TS400 14" cutoff saw for parts or repair. I got this as a project saw but never finished it. It has a brand new Nikasil cylinder. Rings, and a brand new crankshaft with new bearings, seals and gaskets throughout engine. It has been test ran but not with a blade on under load. The blade spindle bolt is stripped(on the left hand nut side) the belt pulley on the blade end needs replaced, and it is missing the blade washers and bolt. Could use a longer pull cord. Selling it as is for parts or repair but has a couple of hundred dollars worth of new parts and it should make someone a good saw who has the rest of the parts needed to get it going. This saw starts and runs, has a Stihl fiber wheel as you can see, and the water kit is from a 420. Has new rope rotor and start pawls, and as such the pull does'slip' a bit. It will work though. Testing that was done today, CC@ 125 psi, saw was started and used for 20 minutes, shut off and started back up with no problem. No other testing was done. This is for a used Husqvarna K-760 gasoline concrete cut-off saw. The blade got stuck and it took off and caused the damage shown in the pictures. The blade shroud is also crushed and bent. This cutoff machine had dirt ingestion. It stuck the rings and lost compression. What you see is what I'm shipping. The only part that I noticed missing was an ignition coil. I was not looking that hard though. Look carefully at the photos carefully. There are a lot of good parts left in this. The bearings in the head unit are good. All the covers are good.
