This is a Philips Strand Lighting classicPalette Lighting Control Panel. This is lighting workstation that runs an embedded operating system to give you full control of your lighting network universe. Unit is in very good condition with light signs of wear and some minor scuffs and marks. It does not look like this panel was used much at all. I'm not an expert in these devices so I called Strand Lighting tech support to get more details. They told me this was a classicPalette desktop running first generation hardware(single core CPU) which came out in 2007-08. Upon their recommendation. I upgraded this unit to 1gb of RAM(it was originally only running 256mb) The CMOS battery on the CPU does not seem to have much of a charge anymore, so when initially powered on the date/time must be set, ... moreonce set and running the system keeps time perfectly. The CMOS battery is soldered on the motherboard, so I did not attempt to replace it. The motherboard is a standard ITX-MB850 motherboard. Strand Lighting tech support also said that the CPU of the unit can be upgraded to a newer/faster version as well, the system is somewhat modular so components can be added/removed easily. This type of system(with 750 channels) is very expansive and can link up to other systems and control multiple universes. The value of this unit is in it's licenses(which can be transferred to another system simply by removing the USB key and inserting it into another system) This unit is licensed for 750 Channels. The license key can also be used on a PC when using the Palette Off-Line Editor(OLE) All knobs. Buttons and controls on the panel are operating properly. It powers on perfectly and boots into an embedded Windows XP operating system running the Palette desktop version. The upgrades for the Palette OS are free of charge and can be downloaded right from the Strand Lighting website. This is a 15mm by 8mm thick Brewster angle prism used to separate the beams of a 1064nm YAG from the concurrent 532nm beam. This was originally to be used in some sort of very expensive DPSS type laser. The dot indicates the coated side that faces the laser source. These prisms are highly refractive and easily used to separate other light sources too. They work well for separating the laser lines of an argon laser or building a spectroscope too. This item is very hard to find. I have lots of laser and other unique stuff for sale this week.

I know little about this module other than that it was apparently originally from a CNI product. I tested it with 2A of current on a bench PSU. And on an Ophir head measured an output of a bit over 400mW. It is clearly meant to be used with external optics. Pelican 9430 remote area lighting system. This light is lightly used. It was used inside when I did construction on my basement. Overall in excellent condition. Was primarily used inside so has very little wear. A few spots of white paint are on exterior. Other than that it is in excellent condition. There are no flaws to the LEDS, battery or other functional portions. I tested the battery and it is in excellent condition. Pelican says it can get up to 8 hours on high and 15 hours on low. I did a run test on high and it is performing as it should. It includes the original charger which is for a standard wall adapter and has 3 alternate plug accessories which come with it. Panel was working when removed. Had a Comtrol EMS controlling it and appeared to work well when tested. Comes as seen with the relays and boards installed. We did not test each component of the Watt stopper panel. Just that it turned off/on the lights when the Comtrol called for it. In all of our tests the panel worked fine. Unit is quite heavy and will ship however it will be quite high. I am estimating it at $100 shipping to the lower 48 states. Pick up will be free in Newark. California. The Breault Research Organization in 1989/ 1990 fabricated these lens assemblies probably for the Hughes Aircraft Company(Now Raytheon) and all referenced as S/N# 1541. The box for the longest lens in the attached photos in marked Pyris F/6 diverger and we believe the lens material is ZeSn(Zinc Selenide) and that it may be utilized in the 2um– 20um wavelength range.
