No date of publication- but appears to be late 40's or 1950's. This manual. U.S.S. Carilloy Steels. Alloy Steels for the Special Jobs of Industry" was published by United States Steel Company. Many black and white photos of workers at many stages of steel milling. Tons of diagrams and tables. 176 pages- Spiral bound. The front cover just detached as I listed it. I do not see any way to repair it. Pages are all in good shape. No marks or tears. Some tabs are a little dog earred- see photos Does smell old and dusty- not moldy!
