Two well used and in good operating condition bloodless Burdizzo Castrator tools for sale. The larger one is 15” long and the clamp is 3.5” wide. Has wooden handles. It is in dirty condition and ready for work. Clamps tight with no spacing observed. It is marked Foraged Steel and Made in USA on each side of the handle shafts. The smaller one also has a tight clamp with no spacing. It’s a little over 10” long and the clamp is 2’ wide. I believe it is older as its stamped“pat applied for” There is a diamond symbol with and I in the center for markings. Chrome platting over steel which has worn though in many spots and has surface rust. They are both in farm ready working condition the same day you receive them. Unfortunately this clipper had a run in with the devil! In the shape of a small pony! The head is cracked(the clipper part) which can be replace and I know Double K sells some great attachments including hoof polishers. Grinders and a GREAT nail grinder rather than those awful pet hand nail trimmers. Not only did the head suffer, but due to a kink there is a spot wore through the cables plastic coating, I turned the unit on and the clipper head still worked.so I think the cable is fine but you are buying it as is. The only thing I am guaranteeing is the motor. So in my infinite knowledge I took the clipper head off and then I couldn't get it back on.so you are receiving it without the head attached(I will tape plastic over the cable end so dirt and debris do not enter. This clipper is ... morethe wall mount/hanging or carrying style. They REALLY are great clippers.sometimes things happen and this was just not it's day! This auction is for a IDEAL BAND CASTRATOR along with a Box of DECKER'S Hog Rings& Pliers. The box of hog rings states Qty. 100. But I did not count them. I am guessing some might be missing? I know nothing about this stuff but will try and describe as best I can. The lot is 6 syringes and what looks to be some kind of clipper. All 5 metal syringes have glass barrel inserts and seem to function fine. The syringe with the pull trigger measures about 9” and the highest number on the internal gauge is 40 and is marked Swanson. 2 is marked B-D 50 CC and is about 6” 3 is the same as#1 but without the pull trigger thing. 4 is marked B_D 10 CC and is aprox 5.5” and the# on the internal gauge is 10. 5 is marked B-D Champion Becton and Dickinson& Company and is aprox 6.75 and the# on the internal gauge is 10. Vintage veterinary Jonas splint set in wooden case. Described in accompanying pamphlet as being the"Standard Set of 12 Splints and 3 Reamers in Specially Designed Wood Case. Not complete, sadly; one splint and all three reamers(sizes S, L, and M) are missing, but comes with three bonus larger-diameter splints(two of which are taped to the outside of the box) Appears to have 11 of 12 original Cotterpins, which are held in place by masking tape as in the main picture above. Set and case are in good condition; case and Cotterpins are lightly soiled, with tape and tape residue to inside and outside lid of box. Pamphlet is four pages front and back: lightly soiled, heavy folds and a few imprints, with an app. 1" tear beginning at the main fold. The pamphlet is otherwise intact, app. 10" ... morex 10.75" fully opened, extremely descriptive and in surprisingly good shape. Case is app. 12" L x 5.25" W x 1" H.
