This is an Appleton portable hazardous light EHL-105 made in Chicago IL. The light works when we tested it. Has wires out the bottom to be hooked up It is 17 1/2" long. Not measuring the wires and is 6" wide. It is missing the glass cover to go over the bulb and the hook to hang it. Not sure if is the original wiring. Large Industrial Explosion Proof Lamp. Light, Glass Dome, Globe by Appleton. At the base is a etching that states(HR) with a date of Dec 23, 1982. There are no chips but there is a small scratch but nothing that is too pressing. Industrial lamp has approx. 45-50 feet of cord.works great.I wanted to clean it, but the metal shield was on too tight for me to remove(there is an allen set screw.but even after loosening it, the shield was too tight.I guess you would need a large wrench to loosen it)maybe I don't know the correct way to remove it? lot of 4 explosion proof lights that i am selling dirt cheap just to clean out my shop i just want them gone my lose.
