I would imagine they are because I believe that there are wires at least coming out of one of them or can be seen in one of them and that may very well indicate that the socket is still in the light.

I have a pair of explosion proof machine industrial ages domed Steber light/ lamp fixtures. Has some discoloration and oxidation on galvanized mounting base. Whole fixture 6- 1/2" tall. Glass is 3- 1/4"diameter no cracks or chips int the glass. I have added a picture of one of these lights in use in my office sorry its not for sale just an idea how they look in use.
