We have up for sale fresh from a country estate sale a saleman's sample cow watering bowl. This bowl is the exact one you would find in a barn to water cows. Except it is cut in half to show how it works. It's not homemade or a mistake. The factory made this sample to show the inner workings of the valve and bowl. Up for your consideration is this used Firestone Sanaloy 10 Gallon Stainless Steel Milk Can. This can has been dairy farm used. It has dings. Dents scratches and stains. Everything one would expect from a heavy can that has been shipped around on trucks and on the farm. The lid and the bottom has lots of dings and dents. I filled the jug to the brim with water and no leaks were present. Besides a quick washing, I have not shined up the can or used any scotch brite on it. This thermometer measures about 10" by it's self. With the cage 14" The thermometer works and measures temperatures from 0 to 230 degrees. There is a gauge on the side for boiling point; scalding separated mlk; lowest pasteurizing temperature; winter separating; etc. The cage is made from steel wire(rusty) with a wire top that opens and closes. Inside is an old cork that holds the thermometer in place. There are no identifying marks to tell where it was made or by who. Please feel free to ask questions.

On the top around the edge it is marked"SPEEDWAY" The side is marked"CANADA" The top is marked: 01849. Pat'd U.S.A. Oct 18 1922. Jan. 31 1922, Canada 1922 5 1/4" tall. The bottom is 7 3/4" in diameter. The outside of the lip is 6 5/8" in diameter. The inside of the lip is 6 1/4" in diameter. Weighs a little over 5 pounds.

This is a used stainless steel butterfly valve. That was removed from a NEROS milk tank, it is a 6 bolt pattern, the mounting flange is 5 inches in diameter, the outlet hole is 2& 3/4" inside diameter, outlet flange protrudes 1&1/8" to open valve you press handle in and turn, it has Ri 304 1.4301 sticker on the mounting flange, it also has Ri stamped on the handle, if you have questions please ask and I will try to answer them,

Here is a antique milker bucket. I believe this could be from The Pine Tree Milker Co.Babson Bros. Surge. This is sold as is for decor or possible use? This has a triangle mark for where there was a Christmas Tree logo attached like the Pine Tree Milker Co. This has a six sided top and the bottom is round. This stands 17 1/4" tall on the outside. The inside height is 14 15/16" The top diameter is OD of 7 3/8" The bottom diameter is 13 7/8" Approx handle height above rim is 5 1/2" This does not fit the Pine Tree Milker Co. milker lid I sold a couple of weeks ago. Nice cream separator unit. Seems like all the parts are here but I am not an expert so sold as is. I did put it all together and the electric motor fires up when plugged in and the rotor turns well, but again I am no expert on this.
