Wilson Associates of Davis, California. The instruction booklet is in terrible shape, but it does show pictures of the tool being used on little lambs and calves. The tool is 9 1/2" long down each handle and 4" across the handles. You squeeze the handle together to retract the rounded prongs at the end. Condition is varied. The tool itself is in very good shape and appears to be unused-there is a little discoloration to the metal from handling. The box is beat up with lots of old tape. This is an original vintage calf dehorner that looks like it has never been used. There are no markings on this of any kind. The sharpened end is smooth as new. One of the wood handles has a 1" crach from the head. But again, it looks like it has always been there.
