These are four old books. About livestock raising& disease treatment. The information is old but much of it is still relative today. Great books for research. It covers cattle, swine, sheep. It has some great old illustrations(would be interesting if framed) DISEASES OF THE HORSE, 1903. A revised edition by the U.S. Department Of Agriculture, Bureau Of Animal Industry. It is 600 pages of different horse diseases and some treatment. A Vintage 1950's'Elastrator' Tool for'Castrating. Docking& Dehorning' Animals in the Original Box with the Instruction Booklet. The tool was'Manufactured By J.P. Wilson Associates Ltd. P.O. Box 711 Davis, California' The tool is satinless steel, but shows some light tarnishing in spots. The box shows some light wear on the ends and has some dirt type staining. The colors and grafics on the box are very nice. The Instruction booklet show some light yellowing and has some small tears on the back page. It has been folded to fit in the box and is creased in the center top to bottom. There are several black and white photos in the booklet. Large chrome syringe with dosages controlled with a dial that reads. 1, 2, or 3(not sure what the means) This is in working order with the glass tube intact and includes a needle. it measures 8" long without the needle and the plunger fully inside the glass tube. This is a complete set up for equine motorized dentistry. Everything you need to do a complete power float the day you get it. It has a 1/6 HP 120v 18.000 RPM Foredom motor that has a flexible shaft and several bits included. I don't know all their names but I can tell you since I bought all of these new(and am the only owner) That the hand pieces that attach to the cable cost about $500 a piece. You are also not limited to the bits I have. But there are a number of bits you can purchase to customize your kit. I do have the incisor cutter. Which I found useful. It also has a small little tool kit that is included but not pictured. The end of the flex cable has a round power shaft that is keyed at the end making them compatible with the discontinued Dremel® products There is both a ... morediamond chip bur and a solid diamond carbide bur. One of the handles is a#44T Handpiece. 1" the other just says Foredom on it. All the parts are Foredeom brand. Please ask any questions or if you need any specific pictures. This is for the Leavitts Dehorning Clipper pictured. I have added 9 pictures total which will show the measurement. This has heavy rust and some rust pitting but everything that is supposed to move does. The numbers and letters can be somewhat hard to read from all the rust. It could use some oil as it is somewhat stiff. The handles are slightly bent as shown in the pictures. I have looked this over and could find no cracks. Breaks, or welds. This is being sold as more of a wall decoration as I do not know if they can be put back into operation. Please check out the pics for all other details and feel free to ask questions. This is a heavy old. Vintage pair of bull emasculator castration tool that measures 16 inches long. They are rusted and stuck open.
