Excellent rare cast iron tag from about 1880 I believe. Sign is 15-5/8" long. 4-3/4" wide, and 1/4" thick on the edge. Nice raised letters. This came off a old farm in Hustisford Wi. There was an old steam engine and a sawmill, walace tractor and other hit miss items. I think this was off of the steam engine or the sawmill. Item is 2 pounds 8 oz. I got this about 40 years ago. Up for bids is this nice antique Maytag engine. It looks to be a model 92M. This engine was purchased out of the estate of a man who had several old engines and tractors. All of them were in nice condition. I was told by an heir that all of his engines had been restored several years ago and that he enjoyed showing them at various shows in his retirement. This engine looks to be in great condition. I have not run it myself so I can only take the word of the owner's son and the condition it appears to be in. There is no damage to the cast iron. The paint is pretty nice. It could be cleaned up some more to really show well. There is some minor paint loss here and there but overall its good. Here is. What I believe the end cap of a very large generator. This cap probably covered the access to the brushed and commutator area. It does a some cooling holes. The diameter is about 13" The depth of the bow is approx. 10" It does have 3 holes on the outer rim where it attached to the generator body. There is another offset hole, possible for cable leads or who knows. It is still in great condition, nearly dent free, at least no major issues. It had a couple big vintage 7.5kW generators and the cap was still too big. You can use it for a variety of purposes, I had recently someone ask me if this is from a missile head. Here is the front panel of a Wisconsin V4 engine"dog house" They are usually installed on a setup with a generator. Pump or welder. Various holes and cut outs provide areas for mounting the gauges. Throttle and choke levers and electrical switches. It seems to be NOS(new old stock) it still has the primer color, but some scratches and a little surface rust. Rough measurements are 24x14x2. It does not weigh a lot(approx. 5lbs) But it is a little awkward to ship. one corner is not properly round, but would not interfere with mounting and can easily be corrected. Here is a gas tank from a Wisconsin"dog house" V4 engine setup as used on generators. Pumps, welders and others. The tank is actually in great condition and nearly dent free(one shallow on the side) It has a nice functioning brass gas cap with the threads intact inside the cap and on the filler neck. rough measurements are: 21 1/2 inch long. 13" wide and 10" high, The filler neck is 2 1/4 OD and 1 5/8 ID. It has the pipe fitting for a fuel hose. The outside has surface rust. The inside has some rust, but no holes I can see of and just the standard dust and dirt accumulation. I have much worse and this one should be fine after a good rinse and coating if you want. I realize this is quite an awkward thing to ship. This offering is for a Restored-Reconditioned Maytag Meat Grinder attachment for the Maytag Washing machine provided by Maytag in the day. Circa 1920-1927. Complete with the sausage stuffer tube. The is the early version of the Maytag grinders before they marked them with their name. This grinder with the two handle gear box would have come with the model 70-71-72 and 80-81-82 washers. This is an opportunity to buy a 6 feet 6 inches open crank well pump made by lee hall. 2 1/2" delivery. Massive bronze tap. Unusual feature. A glass sampling gauge, with a small tap allowing water to be drawn off and sampled. The pump itself is made of five pieces and when fully erected is a heavy nit. It's covered with bronze fittings, two large bronze oilers on the top, two bronze carrying handles, most of the nuts and bolts are bronze, including the acorn nuts. With lots of other bronze features. When polished they look like burnished gold. This pump was last shown in 1999. It was powered by various lister engines. Buyer to collect.
