Here is five Prism poles Three of them are telescoping and they all have levels on them. One is March. The other two I'm not sure they're the ones on the left appears to be good quality. They came from a large lot of surveying equipment. One other pole is shorter. Not sure what that is and then the striped ones. Well. Unfortunately I hadn't found t hese items when I sold the ancient"David White" transit scope last year on eBay. I tried to find them but they had been stored apart from the scope. I believe that my father had picked them up as a set many years ago. However. I can't find the identification stamps or labels on either item. I AM sure that the David White transit mounted onto the tripod because I saw that myself. I think we had dated the transit at about 50 or 60 years old so that's my guess on these items. I know very little about surveying and equipment so the pictures will replace any more description I might have. Feel free to ask me any questions tho. The tripod legs are 5ft tall and composed of 2 steel. Or maybe heavy aluminum. Hollow bars. Please note: The dark-red/white prism pole has a non-functioning locking mechanism. Lot of surveying equipment: One Seco bipod. Three prism poles, one Topcon 2 meter HI pocket tape. Five decks of red and white checkered cards- 4 1/4" x 2 1/2" I'm not a surveyor and have no idea what these cards are called or are for- if you don't even want them once you win let me know. Or if you know what they are, I'd like to know. A lot of scratches and marks on all of them. The bipod and two of the prism poles are functional. One prism pole(the dark red/white one) has an issue with its locking mechanism. Details below: The dark-red/white prism pole has a problem with its locking mechanism; it seems to be Missing a Part. Or a few parts there so it can't lock its extended section- ... morethere's nothing to screw tight. The silver metal lever may be a quick-release mechanism, but it's missing a spring and doesn't function/lock regardless- simply adding a spring is not enough to fix it. The entire silver metal assembly on this pole is a little loose and can jiggle up and down slightly(about a 1/4" of movement) The silver ring at the top of the colored body is missing screws or thumb-screws to hold it in place, and possibly it's missing some interior part as well as it appears to do nothing. Some of the paint on its body has been completely rubbed off in spots. The bright-orange/white prism pole is functional but it also has a few issues: Its bottom(widest telescoping piece coming straight out of the main colored body) extendable metal section is badly scratched. Especially at its very top few inches where it might be somewhat difficult to accurately see its measurements. Also, this pole's top-most(thinnest) telescoping section will pull completely out of the pole if you keep pulling it out with the quick-release unlocked- otherwise it functions perfectly, locks and stays- it's just missing something at its bottom tip that would prevent it from being fully removed from the lower sect

This is a"Las Er Plane" Surveying Tripod and Grade Rod. Both are in very good used condition. Everying appears to be in moving/working order. And numbers are easily visible on the grade rod. Here is a super nice wooden tripod. I think it's to survey but my camera's fit it& I have used it for photography for more than 15+ years. I'm not sure just how old it is but it had some age when I bought it. It's made by Wesco of San Fransisco, measures 56 inches full length, 31 inches retracted. Stands 56 inches tall extended. Legs are super sturdy, head measures 3 1/1 inches. All the hardware is there with just a small amount of surface rust on turn keys. Head has no rust at all. Vintage Miller Fluid Head Super 8 Camera Tripod in excellent condition. The fluid head is working nice and smoothly and responds to the locking screws, the leveling bubble is working well. The tripod is a nice size. It's 153cm(5ft) when extended and folds down to 93cm(3ft) the weight is 4.5kg Please enlarge the photos and check out the top condition of the tripod. This is a lot of surveying equipment.not familiar with terminology but they seem to be in good condition.the tripod is wood and fiberglass and is about 6'long with legs outstretched.The Chicago Steel Tape extends to 6'6" and has a sight on top.The other stick red and white in color extends to 8'4" The Pentax apparatus comes with box and carrying case as does the tape poles.There is another similiar gizmo attached to the tripod with spme kind of sight that is orange in color as seen in pics Sold as Is. and shipping to be determined. This unit will adjust in height from 37” to about 58” and hold many positions in between well. There is some type of small instrument with a string in the attached to the leg pouch.
