It has 4 belt pouches that have hookups for 3 Dewalt 18v batteries and a foam insert to protect them. These are wired in parallel to give you 3x the battery life. Connected via a heavy duty coiled cord to a dummy battery. This means you can plug it into any 18v Dewalt tool and run it via this power pack. This is a great way to power high drain tools or for anyone who works in a place where changing batteries is tough- perfect for those who work in high areas like antenna tower techs. You can also remove the batteries an use them individually if you want. To charge this is even better- the box has a built in charger box. It will charge all 4 power packs at once. So 12 batteries ... moreat once. It can be powered by 110v or 220v AC or 12 or 24v DC! It includes power cables for all these voltages- a standard wall plug for 110, one that can take standard international adapters for 220, one with jumper cable clamps for 12v DC and one with a military jumper plug for 24v DC. This is a used Bycan battery charger. Says it is a BY-12012A type. Original owner gave it only light use and then stored it for a few years, was not heavily used, and has spent most of it's life in a box stored away til I got it. Powers up and the red charging light comes on when you hit the button, and I can hear the fan come on and feel air moving out the side, so looks like it is working. We powered it up but then turned it off, I'm not sure how to properly test this or what it is for specifically, I figure if you are looking at this ad here on ebay then you probably already know what it is for and how to use it properly, so selling it"as-is" with no returns. The plug has some cracks on the side of it, so you should probably replace the plug when you get it before using ... moreit, we did plug it in and didn't have a problem, but just recommending plug replacement to be safe. The case housing has a little rust on the end as shown. The wires have some connector on the end that I am unfamiliar with. I don't know anything about this really, so you'll need to be the Expert on it, which I'm sure you probably know a lot more than I do on it. See all the pics, they are of the actual item. No returns. The batteries are pretty much useless.you can fully charge them and they will work for an hour or so but need to be replaced.also if the batteries sit overnight charged they will be dead next day.if you purchase new batteries everything else works fine besides sticky buttons on drills but you can make them work.two hammer drills and one regular drill.Two chargers and two batteries included.once again,needs new batteries!
