I am sorry I only have one picture to show you as I took so many of different subbases. This was only used for a short time and is in great condition. It is a single switching subbase as you would find on your home stat. It has terminals for 2 stages of heat and cool. They dont all have to be terminated. Only for what type unit you are using it on. It will fit the stat I have listed along with 2 other subbases. I have no box for this subbase. But all inspection labels and model numbers are in place.

This is for one Honeywell T7984A modulating control thermostat. It was take out in an hvac upgrade. I personally removed the item so I can assure you that it was properly functioning when I removed it. This stat was used I conjunction with the Honeywell N20010 modulating actuator. I have many more of these so if you need more than one please contact me.
