Vtg Necchi Nora NA Heavy Duty Vintage Sewing Machine Pink w/ Case Works Great jj Here's a great deal on a super tough vintage Necchi Nora sewing machine. If you are wanting a machine that will survive the zombie apocalypse this could be it. All metal construction. All metal gears, powerful 1 amp motor, finely crafted in Italy. I didn't even really know what I was doing but I was able to make some nice stitches right off the bat. Stitched through a single thick layer of suede with no problem, and it punched through two layers of thick suede easily as well(though my thin thread broke during the two layer test) You should have no problem doing light leather, sailcloth, upholstery, etc with this machine. It is in very nice cosmetic condition as well as you can see in the pics, a bit of ... moreminor paint chipping along a couple edges. The carry case is not original and was modified to fit this machine. it does not have a hold down tab, though this machine is so heavy it's almost not even necessary. Comes with what you need to get going, bobbin holder, bobbin, pedal, one cam; does not come with any extra accessories but those are easily found here on ebay. This is a super tough machine that will last forever. As with all vintage machines it may need a tuneup before being put to heavy use but it appears to be working just fine right out of the box. Up for consideration is perhaps one of the rarest 43200 machines ever produced. The pretty much unheard of 43200J this is a custom edition 43200JZ(z suffix denotes a custom built machine) This machine is a beautiful 3rd generation machine and is in unbelievable condition. The internals of the machine look like brand new. I am liquidating ALL my sewing equipment and was going to keep this machine for myself but I already have several 43200's and this would be more than redundant. There is some cosmetic wear on this machine but it is very minimal. There is a slight defect on the left side plate where the needle bar cover closes but it has no effect on the closure of the needle bar cover and cannot be seen when the cover is closed. The original orange oil paper covering on the needle plate ... moreis still intact. Which gives you an indication of how little use this machine has seen. This is the same style machine that DC4 uses to hem their pants. It would be very easy to affix a bulldog folder to this machine. This auction is for the head and mounting plate only. Very nice Union Special Mark IV 39500QW industrial sewing machine. The table is fairly new as well as the Frontier 110/220 motor and switch. The machine is currently set-up for 110vac but can easily be converted to 220 if desired. The machine turns on and sounds good and appears to be in full working condition. I have not sewn with this so I can guarantee that a few small parts may need to be purchased but I don't think so. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions. This Necchi Nova BU sewing machine is being sold for parts or repairs only. I do not sew and do not know how to test the machine properly. I did test it with the foot pedal and the needle and arm are going up and down smoothly. I switched one of the levers on the machine and the needle moved in different ways. I am selling this Cast Iron unmarked old sewing foot pedal control. It does work. The cord looks good but one end is taped and the plug is chipped around the edge. This is a double needle 3/16" apart. Post bed, drop feed, roller foot machine with a disengaging needle bar that allows you to switch between both, right or left needles on the fly. It's pulley was recently replaced by a machinist who also made sure everything was laser straight on it. It was also serviced by a sewing machine mechanic in may. It sews through 2 pieces of dry 9 oz tooling leather with no problem, and will surely sew through any material or leather for 99% of all sewing projects. This machine you are bidding on is a USED. Old Industrial Merrow sewing machine. I bought this unit in LA about 2 years ago. I needed a machine that would put a stitch around embroidered patches. Well. That never happened. The contract that I was bidding on never materialized and it's been sitting in my garage ever since. I will brush up on how to operate it before it is sold. This server was purchased new about two years ago. It does work well. But needs the tension adjusted and needs to be professionally cleaned. I lost the instruction book.
