We make spiral staircases and a corded screw just gets tangled. So goodbye to the faithful servant. What I love about this gun is it has very wide range of torque settings. It has a quick-release standard 1/4" drive head and the release ring which can by pushed or pulled. I bought this new(around $160) and have never needed to do anything except t he cord is has been repaired a few times. And the plug is not original. You are looking at a cared-for tool. Enjoy!

i bought it a few years ago. it didn't get much use after my kitchen was finished. probably 5 or 6 hours of use at most comes with everything you need and a box of screws. it also has this extra piece. In the seperate picture which allows it to be used as a regular drill. the part that says hmi55 comes off at the black barrels allowing you to just use individual screws
