You are bidding on a vintage heavy duty safety strap. The length of the strap is 49 inches. it has 7 holes for adjustment and can adjust between about 45 inches to 53 inches. It is 3 inches wide x 3/16 inches thick. There is no fraying of the strap. There is a circular hoop in the back that is marked: 1284- then a diamond with a B in it- then 92. Rohn-Loc Safety Clamp and Klien Tower Climbing Belt This is for a genuine Rohn-Loc Safety Clamp and Cable Grab that attaches to a 3/8 inch steel cable that is suspended from the top of the tower to the bottom. It is not used with rope. It's kept about 6 inches from the tower face and held under tension. This device is attached to a harness such as that included in this listing to the cable. The Rohn-Loc has two pins. That are used to rotate the handle up to the open position so that you can place it on the cable. The Rohn-Loc keeps you attached to the tower as you climb. The Rohn-Loc consistes of a steel shell. A steel cam, and two spring-loaded pins(one is visible at the top of the rope slot) one of which keeps the rope in the slot at the top, and the other keeps the cam from opening ... morefar enough to free the rope. These are set up so that the cam can be locked in the open position(using the hole visible in the cam lever) yielding a more compact package when not in use. This is a pair of like new Bashlin Climbing pads. They are just like new and have nice leather outer and felt inner components to their make up. The brackets are marked BR and BL for left and right. They are in excellent condition. The pads have been stored in a dry shed for the past year and have some of the musty smell from the shed. This does not affect the condition. They are marked on the leather 105-BC. This is a good chance to obtain a nice pair of pads that have a nice appearance and look as if not used or barely ever used.
