This is a powder coatings system that can be used with multiple guns. the stainless steal hoppers are included but I have been unable to find the guns. Hotcoat powder coating system with over 60 powders. System is about 5 years old and works perfectly. All the powders are fairly close to full and there are only 2 or 3 doubles. I used to buy all the new colors to try them out. System is 110v wall outlet plug in and the powder coating comes out perfectly. Stopped doing it a few years ago and has just sat since then. System uses electricity and air to apply powder and all you need is an oven to bake it. I used an old stove and it worked for anything that fit. A used but fully functioning Nordson Encore powder coat manual hand gun. Some new parts. These manual Nordson guns are as good as it gets. Digital menu/recipe can be selected remotely with the toggle switch at the trigger. Excellent smooth application and adhesion. I have used this gun since it was new in 2010. This is a used Sames GCM-200 Powder Coat Spray Gun and power source. Because of the type of powder coating we do here we no longer use this gun. It is designed for a remote feed from a nearby box of powder with a feed tube. We modified the feed block(basically just pulled the feed tube out)and mounted it to the gun so that we could use our screw on quart containers to accommodate our frequent color changes. Changing back to a remote feed will not be a big deal and we can do it here if you need us to. It is a 100 KVA gun so it has plenty of power to lay a few mils on or do second coats.
