This came from an ACE hardware auction. It was used up until they closed. I got it and took it home and took it apart to clean. I took each canister apart and cleaned it. This was a very long drawn out process. I kept changing the water and letting the parts soak. I continued to do so until I saw no color come out. i was able to look inside the piston chamber and see there was no color left inside. You can see pictures of all the parts I removed to clean. There may be a spot here or there on outside of canisters I did not get off. The lids did not come real clean but i did my best. the white impellers also have a light tint of staining but are still in great condition. The impeller blades are very sharp for being plastic. I have lots of cuts to remember them by. I put this all back together ... moreand it is all in very good condition. I am missing a lid. It blew off on my way home from auction. the stand I cleaned the best I could. It has some paint spots and stains on it. the motor runs nice and smooth. All the O rings looked good. I took picture of it taken apart and put back together. I will take the canisters off and box them on the pallet with the stand for shipping. Local pickup is free. I will also freight this anywhere in the eastern times zone to a Fastenal near you for 175.00 anywhere else please contact me for a freight quote. I purchased a Harbil Colorant Dispenser from an ACE hardware that closed. I Have 2 complete units for sale but this one I am parting out. This is for one complete Canister setup. It comes with Motor.Lid,Canister,Agitator and even the bolts to mount to table. This Unit was taken apart in my shop by ME. It was thoroughly cleaned by hand by ME. This Line Marking Machine came from a Parks and Recreation Department and it looks like someone didn't bother to clean it out the last time it was used. The compartment that holds the paint powder looks like it is pretty full of the powder paint and some of the rubber tubing or hosing is full of paint. I put a brand new rechargable battery in this and it powers on and the pump sounds like it is running fine. The paint looks to me to be water soluble. I had a lot on my hands and it rinsed right off under a tap. It looks to me like the paint container and fittings would need to be cleaned well and the rubber tubing looks like it would be fairly easy to replace. I am offering this AS-IS for repair. Some call these Airspray Machines. It has the Side by Side Engine and Compressor. That means two things: 1) It has a much longer frame.for the air. 2) The Inline was for a Self Propelled. That's obsolete. The Riders are much more efficient. First.I'd remove the Air Actuated Self Propelled thing you see. Scrap it. That said.it already has the Ball Hitch. You'll need hoses. Maybe gauges. ... moreyou should at least replace the rear plungers, inside. You may need to remove the underneath plumbing.take it to Lowe's and buy new stuff. The lid probably needs a rubber seal. There are probably 3 small petcocks. Buy those online. You'll need a cleaner can and that mount. Buy that online. All from the same source.maybe even the Pop Off Valve. This particular machine has been converted to spray on either side and also run a Self Propelled. Again.I'd remove the self propelled and set it up to spray on just the Right Side. But. There's a 3 way valve on the machine. Maybe use it or simply buy a new one.for the Cleaner Can and Gun. The rest is elbow grease. and guns. We don't do road striping as insurance is to high so it was our back up and for two line work. We are upgrading and making new ones just like this one only self propelled. This striper is a Graco 5900 smart control two gun airless striper. That will tell you at a glance how fast your painting. Mill thickness, gallon used and total footage all thru a smart control. And also have a problem solving system built in it by just counting the flashes and or codes to find out the problem, with the hope you will never have any. We purchase the best of the two stripers to have the best. It is mounted on a heavy duty model C Kelly Creswell striper, and Kelly Creswell has made stripers ... morefrom early 1960'S that last. We have been in the striping business for over 33 years and have owned just about all stripers that are on the market. Now with putting the Graco airless on a Kelly Creswell frame will give you great straight lines on old and ruff parking lots plus on new lots. That is what the Kelly Creswell striper was famous for. Now the air less is famous for clean straight stops and starts and crisp lines but does show flaws in ruff on even parking lots. Now with mixing the two machines you get the best of the two machines. You can move the gun to the back tire and do curves and circles with ease. You can set the two guns to paint curbing top and side to save all that back breaking hand painting. I am selling my spare line striper. this was one of my first stripers. i will be honest it hasn't been used in a couple years. soon after i bought this i got a very large job in and i bought a graco ride on so this one just sat. when i got it. It needed a pump rebuild and a piston. i did have that work done. it has been stored in my house so it has been out of the weather. this is a sherwin williams brand machine but titan bought them out. this is the exact machine as a titan 690. as far as i can see the cables are missing and a return line. the gun is there along with hose. everything should be clean. it was rinsed and had conditioner ran through it when stored. Here is a vintage single arm(up to 1 gallon size can) Red Devil Paint Conditioner(shaker) that I had in my shop for years. But used very rarely. Years ago, I would sometimes combine remnants of various similar paints and shake them up in this machine, and it did a quick, thorough job. I hesitate to part with it. This is a used Accutinter 1500 Automated paint tinter with Fluid Management software. The machine is in great shape and is a 2007 model. The only reason we are getting rid of it is because we're upgrading our paint department to True Value's new color system and purchased a new machine to lessen our down time in the swap. The new version of this machine now costs $7.500. This model has 9 tint canisters. Each with a 2 quart capacity. It will dispense down to 1/2 shots and lets you know when you're low on each tint base. It has 3 shelf levels for tinting quarts, gallons and 5 gallon buckets. Included with the Tinter is the computer shown in pictures. The power supply went out on this machine a couple months ago and I wasn't immediately able to find one that would fit in the cabinet ... moreso it's running on an external power supply. Thanks for viewing this auction. Here is a great and rare find. It is a pneumatic paint shaker. Model is the Cyclone#M-232, produced by Dedoes. Take a look at the pictures and judge this one for yourself. Comes to you in excellent physical and perfect operating condition. This was found in my father's shop. It doesn't look like it was ever used. He was notorious for buying expensive tools and never using. The aluminum shows no wear. The part in which the paint can seats shows no wear. All moving parts operate as they should. I connected this one to the compressor and turned it up a little and this one shakes with force and vigor! I could barely hold this one in place with my hands which is another thing that makes me believe this one was never used. There is no way you could use this ... moreone to shake a can of paint without it being bolted down to the floor or a car rim. If you notice the platform of the base stand, there is no wear around the holes so it was never bolted to anything. Speaking of the stand, this is an option when you buy one of these units from Dedoes. It does not come with the base stand, you must pay an additional 150 or more dollars for the stand if you want one depending on where you are buying it from.
