This air/gas instensifier was removed from a specialized piece of equipment that was used to recover and recharge Halon fire extinguisher systems. Unit is in very good condition with only very minor scratches and some corrosion marks. The rig it was taken from showed very little use. AAD-5 pump is a Double acting. Single stage air pressure amplifier which provides outlet flow on each stroke of cycle and gains lift from the inlet pressure. These pumps can be plumbed for different configurations. Currently plumbed where drive air is separate from process air to be amplified which allows this unit to amplify air, gas or liquified gases. This is a rebuilt TF0140MS030AAAB hydraulic motor. All seals have been replaced and all parts checked to ensure no excessive wear. And unit has been tested for leaks and operation. The motor has a 1-1/4" keyed shaft, has#10 o-ring ports, a 4 bolt magneto mount, has a 8.6 cu. in. displacement, and has been nickel plated. The motor is rated 2000 psi continuous with 2248 in-lbs of torque, and 3000 psi intermittent with 3401 in-lbs of torque. It is rated for 15 gpm continuous, which will produce 368 rpm, and 20 gpm intermittent, which will produce 473 rpm. If you have any questions I'll be glad to answer them as best I can.
