Master(namebrand) MC Series- Electric Fire Pump Limited Service Controller Model: MCL- 30- 46 Serial: 85486 Enclosure Type: 12 PH: 3 Volts: 480 This item was removed from service because of upgrade to larger unit after company expanded their facility and I was told it had one of the compontents in it that was bad. After checking the unit. The one item that looked like there was a problem was the left dry transformer in the upper left hand corner of unit. The white painting of the base plate has black looking tar, etc on it. After removing this item to get more info. from it. It looks like it has been replaced with new one. Not sure if it's the right one or if someone wired it wrong. It has the same spec's as the one on the right, but I have not dug deep enought to check factory specs ... moreor etc of what should be the correct one. The output leads from this transformer went to the CPT1 area of control unit. I tested all other large compontents in controller(breacker, electric coil start controller, etc) and all contiguity test checked good. The small relays etc. I have not checked, when I show the black tar on white base plate, I didn't go any futher. I have added below some of the URL links to the two different dry transformers that are in the unit along with the MFG's web-site. Do some checking youself, and SAVE SOME BIG MONEY ON THIS UNIT. Couple of the links are the price list of the unit from MFG's web-site.
