For Auction- 1- ISC Model 55 Vertical Shaft Impactor(VSI) SN 55-105. We purchased this item to complete a project for a specific customer. While it was being rebuilt the customer sold his operation to a competitor that had its own aggregate source. The purpose for us was to produce a#8 gravel(pea) with two face fractures. The crusher was purchased from Process Machinery in Kentucky. They took it to their facility and rebuilt the wear parts and installed a new 100 HP crusher duty vertical motor. We were told by Process that it will crush-1-1/2" river gravel at a rate of 100 TPH with the majority of the particles in the 3/8" x 1/4" range. The crusher has a 25' x 36" under conveyor and the belting is brand new. It has a Dodge shaft mounted gearbox. The conveyor folds back ... moreon itself for transport. The entire unit is mounted on a single axle carrier with a fifth wheel pin. There are 4- 10.00 x 20" tires with about 30% tread remaining. The entire machine has been freshly painted and the conveyor inspected and repaired. We bought this crusher at the recommendation of a veteran in the crushing business. He owns several similar units and said that they are ideal for making a cubical product as specified in the paving industry. We have never used this crusher or wired it up for that matter. I have two units. Identical. 44" TWin X 30' LONG, Built in 2008 BARELY USED. Paint is still under the paddles and there bottom still have most of the paint on it. Paddles in the pictures are the original paddles. Trio 44" twin log washers. They were at an aggregate plant in Louisiana that recently went bankrupt and the machines were auctioned off. They are low hour and in very good condition. They These are very nice low hour machines. I would rate them over 90% or better. Portions of the upper part of the logs still have paint residue on them. They do have 150 hp motors. The plating you see over the logs was done as preventative maintenance, these are NOT patches over worn out logs. Up for sale is our 2008 Screen USA Tornado Star 4008 Soil Screen which is ideal for compost.Mulch and high organic content topsoil. Serial#6011007) Our compost facility has grown to the point where we need to upgrade to a larger capacity screen. We purchased it new in 2008 from a dealer in PA. The unit is in overall good condition with 2,205 hours. There are a few stars that need to be changed($12.50 each 2 years ago) a couple of bearings that need to be changed($25.00 each 2 years ago) and the fingers that clean the stars should be changed but could be run a while longer. 18@ $40.00 each 2 years ago. The main belt has no tears and is in great condition. The manufacturer is located in Georgia and stocks the parts. The unique water supply and reclamation unit allows operation where water is not available. ... moreThe hopper has an adjustable water valve to slurry the material prior to entering the trommel. Lifters tumble the material as it enters the trommel to break it up. A spray bar with its own adjustable water valve goes the length of the trommel. Next. The material approaches the 3/8” holes where anything under 3/8” gets washed down onto the oscillating sluice. And larger material works its way to the end of the trommel. A nugget trap will catch any heavies and the lighter material will go out the tail cone to the rock chute and discard tray. The oscillating sluice has settings for stationary. Short, long strokes and is capable of 1- 15 pulses per minute. The removable sluice has artificial turf. Riffles mounted on expanded metal& 4 toggles to secure it into place. Any light material that gets washed off the sluice goes into the de-watering screw. The de-watering screw is the most efficient way to remove solids from water and recirculate the water. this is a small gold ore crushing recovery plant that a friend was putting together. He died before getting it running smoothly, the jaw crusher is a 7x11 size with a set of rolls under the jaws. Trailer mounted, the ball mill is of a tapered design 48" on the big end, 34" on the small end and 44" long, it comes with an conveyor/elevater with a shaker feed, this is made to fit under the jaw and feeds the ball mill, this would be a perfect set-up for a portable operation.it then feeds across a small table, then across a single jig and then in to a dewaterer for a finishing table which i don't have. i have the 3-phase control box's and wire but am missing the 10hp motor and box which ran the jaw. don't know what this might be rated tph but should work for a small operation. ... moreas-where-is and i can help some with the loading.
