One of the best. Kaeser BS50 rotary screw air compressor. 40 HP. Air cooled cabinet enclosed. Rated for 195 cfm@ 110 psi. Straight 480 volt three phase, no 230 volt. 54 amps at 480 volt. This is a VERY nice compressor in VERY nice shape- I didn't clean it up at all. It came from a major manufacturing company and was one of four similiar units ran through a sequencer. The hour meter shows 12002 operating hours, however it was replaced at 40426 hours, which means it has about 52000 hours run time. The old meter is in the cabinet. It has 32178 load hours. This is noting, these are designed for 100000 hours before rebuild. The previous owners were serious about maintenance. This compressor has new heat exchangers. For sale is a 25HP Ingersoll Rand 30TE25 Air Compressor. It is 3 phase and can be wired for 230V or 460V. 65 amps@ 230V, 32.5 amps@ 460V. It is currently wired for 230V; I can change it to 460V if the buyer would like. This is an awesome compressor, capable of producing nearly 100 CFM. I would love to keep the compressor, but I don't use nearly enough air to warrant keeping it. Here is a video of the compressor working: As you can see in the video. It produces plenty of air and fills up the 120 gallon tank very quickly. The Square D pressure switch shuts the pump off at 150 psi and turns it back on at 100 psi. This is a super nice Armex soda blaster with a Sullivan Palatek 210 CFM compressor. This is everything you need to start a mobile blasting business now. Everything works great. I planned on starting a mobile blasting business but another business venture took off and I haven't had a chance to get this business off the ground. Everything works PERFECTLY. I have blasted with this setup and never have had any trouble. You can easily swap out the soda blaster for a sandblaster. Multi-media blaster, etc. You hook this thing up to a 2" ball and away you go. All trailer lights work perfectly. After-cooler fans work perfectly. Compressor starts up immediately every time and has less than 1000 hours on it. Has a John Deere Diesel engine.
