Used Grobel 1000lb rated rolling gantry I beam and box tube construction. Gantry is straight with minor scrapes. It has rubber coated 6' casters and is fixed height. Gantry can be unbolted into 3 pieces for transport. Includes Coffing 1/2 ton JLC 1016 electric chain hoist wired 110v 7.4 amp and travels 16fpm. It has approx. 20' cord with plug. And about 12' lift height. The hoist has factory chain bucket, good hooks with safety latches, 1/2 ton trolley. The pendant is used condition with some scrapes and dinges on it. The paint on the hoist is chipped and some dinges in the case plus a couple of fins bent. Otherwise the hoist is in decent condition. The hoist works great and the safety stops work good. This is a nearly new Laddervator that was used on the construction of Four homes. Purchased new From ABC Supply in 2010, this system has 44' of track with 2ea 8' sections that have never been used and a adjustable brace required for use over 24' The adjustable brace attaches to the rack and both ends are adjustable with bottom of brace normally near or at the foundation of the house. This brace eliminates the sag in the center over the longer span. It also opens the unit for heavy duty use such as transporting decking and other materials to upper levels of a house. Powerful Warn Winch Z3500 when it was in working order. Bought brand new and got outstanding results when being used. Allowed an uncle to borrow my winch and when it was returned it had been taken apart. He told me that a pin had sheared and needed to be replaced. I had ended up buying a newer model and never took the time to replace that pin or whatever was the issue. So somebody knowing what they are doing it sounds like a minor fix. Good Luck.

I have a lot consisting of 7 used chain hoists ranging from 1 ton to a 5 ton unit. 1- 1 ton JET unit 2- 2 ton Budgit units 3- 3 ton Budgit units 1-5 ton Harrington unit.
