This large stainless steel heat exchanger is from a Laars Rheos + natural gas 2.6 million btu boiler. This part is identified as the condensing heat exchanger on the part list. The tubes are 1 inch in diameter and have finns and is made with 40 tubes 26 1/2 inches long. The overall dimensions are: 31 1/2 inches wide x 27 inches tall x 7 1/2 inches deep. The 2 inch inlet and outlet threads are good. I do not see any damage but it is sold as is. These units came off of a plastic injection molding machine made in Japan I cannot read the label and I lost the only label that I could read while trying to clean it. the end cap says KAMUI. They are 2 pass units and oil ran on the shell side and water on the tube side. There is a little rust in the tubes but it is surface rust that can be cleaned. I purchased 8 of these but only used 4 of them and had no problems with the 4 that I used. 18 tubes 9 per pass and the diameter is 10mm or.400 thousands. The end caps are"O" ringed. The inlets and outlets are 3/4 standard pipe thread. The model# is LCA 310 P15. I have 3 of these. The price is for 1. This is a large De Laval heat exchanger taken out of a dairy operation in Louisiana and sold to a brewery. We bought the brewery and have no need for this unit. It's large H56" x L48" x W28" and heavy. We have never used this unit. But have no reason to believe it can't be operational after a good cleaning. I'm told it is expandable, but I don't know if that's correct or not. We are able to help with crating. Loading and shipping at cost only. We have a forklift and a business to make shipping easy.
