Good condition palm sander which is ideal for a plethora of jobs! Excellent for heavy duty sanding or lightweight fine finish. Reliable Skil name. Sander was lightly used but runs. Bottom pad is good and locking paper clamps work great for holding sheets on. Sander is loud but runs each time I turn it on. Due to my lack of knowledge of small equipment I do not know what that all entails. I can vouch that it runs and sands but it seems loud for a sander. Maybe it needs to be cleaned.
