This unit is in very good used condition with just some light scuffs and scratches. The unit is mounted on very high quality locking casters and is easily moved around. There are a few spots on the intake grill that are blemished, but it still looks fine and performs perfectly. The unit also includes condensation tubing and ceiling tile exhaust expandable vent tubing. I'm not sure of the level of Freon in the machine but during our testing the unit got extremely cold. The two circular fans inside vibrate and hum a very slight bit, but work great. Overall a great used portable AC, perfect for a clean room or any office facility. This is a 7.5 ton roof unit that is a 2000 model. Was still in working order when removed. We demolished a building and saved all the HVAC units. I have others as well as this one. Up to 15 ton.
