We have professionally re-installed inside the unit as intended. New virgin charge of R22 just under 100lbs included, new dryers. I have for sale a complete Carrier Transicold refer unit that was on a semi trailer about 50 feet long. I purchased the entire unit that came from a large grocery chain that folded.The unit is probably from the late 70's.The identification plates on the unit have rusted or been painted over so that some numbers are unclear.One set of numbers appears to be UDE 382-SC-0 another appears to be UDE 382? 0-0.A third number appears and that is F776477 best we can make out. When we bought the unit we believed that it had been in open storage for at least seven years.We had a trucking company tow the trailer to our shop and we carefully removed the refer unit. Which is totally self contained from the trailer.Not knowing of the condition of the refer unit, I checked all fluids which were full including ... morethe diesel and installed a hot battery.The unit turned over about a dozen times and started totally on its own(no ether)It ran with about 40# oil pressure for about three minutes and apparently there was still gas in the system as a hose on the compressor burst. We immediately shut the unit down and closed the lines to the compressor.This unit has I believe a 480VAC 3 phase generator combined in the unit but we did not have time to verify any voltage.I cannot find a brand name on the 4 cylinder diesel engine. Hour meter(if working) reads less than 5100 hrs We were going to use the van for dry storage but that didn't work out.Due to its age. The unit as a refer unit may not be practical but I am sure the diesel motor would easily split from the rest and make a good power unit more many types of industrial applications. Used rooftop commercial AC/heating unit. This came off of a building we purchased. We are remodeling it to meet our manufacturing needs and it does not work for our renovations. This was used for a second floor 1500 square foot office space. I can confirm that the AC is functional as we acquired the building in the summer time. I can not confirm that the heat works since it was never tested but I would assume it does. This does not come with the mounting curb. New comparable units cost over $3500.
