We removed this unit from a commercial medical installation where it had been sitting unused for several years. The unit was manufactured in 2002 and was installed sometime after that. We turned the electrical cutoff switch on and the unit fired right up. We cannot confirm that it is in perfect working condition but it appears to be in excellent physical shape. The unit was used to control the climate in a lead lined CT Scan room and the company left the machine behind when they vacated the building. This coil and condensing unit were removed and braze sealed at the jobsite. It was operating in a grocery as a cutting room refrigeration system measuring roughly 10'x16'x8' The fins have a few rough spots but have been straightened and should have no effect in the BTU capacity. Fin tube connection also seems to be pretty good. The R-22 Sporlan GVE-1C is in the sealed system. The motors all worked when I tested with 115VAC. The matching outdoor condensing unit is 208/230 3phase and will be offered in a seperate listing. The cabinet is white. But will have to be cleaned up, since it has been outdoors and has some dirt on the drain pan. This unit is for local pick up only. NO SHIPPING. Local delivery can be negotiated.
