KUBOTA DIESEL WATER COOLED 6KW GENERATOR You are bidding on a Kubota diesel powered 6kw generator. It was used last winter to power our home during a winter power outage and ran during the whole time. It has recently been removed from a homemade trailer that was no longer functional and would increase the cost of shipping. The control panel is from a different piece of equipment. But worked fine for our purposes. In testing we noticed that the seal around a couple of injectors was pushing out some air indicating a need for new copper gaskets at the bottom of the injectors. This unit is very good, almost perfect, excellent condition, really nice for the year and what it is, the City stored it inside the fire department and cranked/ran regularly. The only negative thing to say is a few spots on one side of the fender/standing area has some paint chipping and the front around the hitch has a few scratches, other than that the unit is extremely nice! Fuel rail/ fuel injectors froze up, took them out and have rebuilt injectors to go in, but will have to be installed to have in running condition. Otherwise, sold as is. 3 phase generator, makes 60 KW@ 80% power factor. 14 amps 2 1200 RPM. Can be configured to make 208, 240, 416, and 480 volts. Serial no. 2423-G-58. selling Two onan otc generators. 1942-1944 manufacture. unsure of exact date. The first set of pictures is of the working otc. runs great. Im not sure if its is 400 or 800 hertz. it powers incandescent light bulbs but I have not tried to power anything else with it. the other generator(on the green cart) is 120/1/800 hertz and is nicer looking condition but missing the fan shroud and ignition coils. someone tried to convert it to electronic ignition. I have the parts and will include them just never tried to finish it. the running generator works great. start on the 2nd or 3rd pull usually. one gas tank is rusted in places should be fixable if your willing. other is like new inside.
