Onan CMM 7000 commercial gas generator. This unit is in great overall condition. It runs out and generates flawlessly. Low speed super quiet and ready to go the distance onan makes the best small mobile power units. The dimensions are 30" wide 20" deep and 16" tall. It weighs between 250-300 lbs. These make great auxiliary power units. The hour meter is digital and doesn't display great but looks like it says 419.9 hours. Compression checked at 170 psi on both cylinders which is excellent. All signs of a low hour unit. The oil and filter were just changed along with the spark plugs. This unit is ready for install and use. Here is a vintage Kohler 15.000 watt Generator powered by a Waukesha water-cooled 4 cylinder, industrial gasoline engine. This is for single phase, 115/ 230 volt AC power. This would provide plenty of power for your entire house in the event of a disaster or extended power outage. The unit is self contained and could be trailer mounted if mobilty is desired. The Waukesha engine is a model 180GKB, which was also used in Oliver Tractors and some of the Michigan/Hough Wheel Loaders so I don't think obtaining parts, should they ever be needed, would be a problem. It is basically complete, less a fuel tank. Consider this as you would a barn find. It will need to be gone through before operation. I purchased it as a running unit@ 10 years ago. I was going to mount it in a Pick Up Truck bed type ... moretrailer and use the under-bed mounted truck fuel tank. Soon after I ran across a PTO generator to run off my tractor and never did anything with this one. If you like to tinker with the quality of vintage MADE IN THE USA equipment. This is two MEP 002A units mounted on a 2007 model year 1 1/2 ton Military Trailer. The generators were both rebuilt by a US Government contractor and installed on a brand new trailer in 2007. One unit has 5 hours on meter. The second unit has 7 hours on meter. The trailer and both generators are in extremely good condition. Both generators start easily. Run smoothly and have been load tested. Both generators power output run to a central control box that allows you to have one electrical output for both units. You can select either generator to run or run both simultaneously depending on load. The two original MEP 002A were both rebuilt to like new condition and installed on this new trailer in 2007. They both look almost like brand new. These generators are an extremely common design with ... morefilters and parts available at Napa and on places like Ebay. The generators are rated at 5KW by US Military at 4000 ft. altitude. The military underrates them and near sea level they will produce over 7 KW each. You can google free copies of the military service manual for these units. You will not find a nicer setup than this. It allows you the flexibility to have a variable output capacity meaning with smaller loads only one unit can run to save fuel. The batteries for the generators are from 2007 and may need to be replaced. I have towed this trailer 100 miles with my pickup truck with no problem. The tires appear to be almost brand new. It has a lunette ring so you need a pintle or clevis receiver on your vehicle to pull it. It has air trailer brakes but they must be hooked up to a military vehicle with air brakes. It has a 24volt electrical system on the trailer so if you want to use the trailer lights you will have to modify them to work on 12volts. I just used a simple $10.00 magnetic trailer light set and stuck them on the trailer to pull it) The trailer is in excellent shape and ready for you to tow home. The only issue I am aware of with the entire set up is the green cover has a few rips in the seams where section

This is NOT A HOME DEPOT unit. These are heavy duty. its a RS12000 thats running power will peak at a much higher watt. Starting power can be verified thru onan. This is a good running used Kubota V2203 low time Diesel engine that came out of a Ransome Mower. It is a low time engine in very good condition with approximately 2700 hours on it. It runs and idles perfect. Oil pressure, and compression is excellent. No oil leaks at all and starts right up even when cold. This is a variable governor engine and these engines can be used to build 24kw- 27kw size Diesel generators or put into skid steers. I built one using the same exact engine out of another ransome mower. I originally bought this engine to make another generator but decided that I don't have the time or the need for another one. This is not a high time reefer motor like some of the other V2203's you see out there. This motor has thousand of hours of life left on it and typically run ... morefor more than 10.000 hours. has always been reliable for me and i changed the oil when it got dark. i weld with it and use my plasma cutter with it. But its underpowered for such applications and i want a larger generator so im selling this one. it needs an air filter. it doesnt have many hours on it, ive only used it for maybe 100 hours in the past 5 years. pickup only in 08759. call 706 339 9714- david if you have any questions. cash is preferable upon pickup, AS IS NO WARRANTY if it somehow breaks 2 minutes after you buy it thats your problem(not that i believe it would) you can test it all you like before you pay me and pick it up. the electric start works but there's no battery in it right now. i used to keep this in the back of my pickup and just wired it into the trucks battery, easier that way.
