Manufactured by enviro-vault in Bakersfield california, its construction of double layered steal with a layer of insulating concrete, it's a 250 gallon tank, has pump with gallon meter and gas station like nozzle. Would be ideal for remote areas or heavy construction sites, unit weights a lot and is filled with about 50 gallons of diesel. Will need to be rewired to reuse. Below is from the Tuthill Fill Rite website: The LP Bulk Transfer pumps are designed specifically to transfer bulk oils. Hydraulic fluid and antifreeze or antifreeze mixes. A high horse power-to-flow ratio assures adequate power to pump viscous fluids at low temperatures. The pump mounts on a standard barrel bung. The pump has an internal bypass valve to bypass flow if the discharge pressure exceeds the bypass valve setting. This pump is used. This is a set of Two Vintage 50 Gallon Oil Drums measuring 34" Tall x 23" Across. One of them has a spigot on the top. These belonged to my father in law and have been stored in the barn.
