These either came out of a pharmacy or high school lab. Last are two beakers. Small one is two table spoons and is 3 5/8 inches tall and 1 7/8 inch diameter at top. I have some used 55 gallon plastic drums that were used to store vegetable oil. All are leak free and fluid tight. I do have a steel barrel that can be used to make a smoker out of. This is a pick up item only. I can deliver for $1.15 per mile.

This is a 15 gallon per minute biodiesel cavitation reactor manufactured by FM Mathis and Sons in 2011. The unit is powered by 480VAC. And requires a feedstock stream of vegetable oil, methanol, and liquid catalyst at a measured dosage rate. Alternatively you can mix all the chemicals in one tank and let the reactor pull from that tank to another tank, reacting it into biodiesel as it goes. Input stream should be at least 140F for a thorough reaction, but lower temperatures have been successful as well. This unit has less than 100 hours on it. And was working without problems when pulled from service. Owner upgraded to higher throughput system soon after purchasing. This unit makes biodiesel very well and technical support is available from the manufacturer. Unit weighs approximately 800 lbs ... moreand may be shipped via LTL freight. There is not data for this exact model on there web site. unit has 1-1/2" pipe thread ports for inlet and outlet. A 3/4" sediment drain fitting on the bottom and two 1/4" gauge ports for reading the differential pressure accross the filter. this uses standard 10" they are usually a little shorter but they are called 10" filters this model uses 2 stacked in a array of 4(so you need 8 cartridges to fill the housing. and you buy the micron rating of the filter you need. from my limited knowledge of these type unit this should offer 50gpm flow at about 100psi max. Nice pump. Little dirty on the outside from storage. Its a good working pump. Was tested at our shop. We no longer use this style of pump. All the clamp rings are stainless. All wetted parts are chem resistant plastic for extreme agresseive chemicals or slurries. We believe the pump is made of Kynar. Flanged input and output with 4 bolt flanges. I bought this off eBay from PA Biodiesel Supply a few months ago for 150$. This has been used on my filtering system for wvo that I was running in my car. It works great. Just run the oil from one 55 gallon drum to the other to make it clean and get out water ect in just one hour. I tried my best to clean it but if you have ever dealt with this stuff it is messy and is hard to clean. Specs- The flow rate capacity of the wvo centrifuge is.93 GPM or 55 gallons per hour. The centrifuge measures 4" in diameter by 6.5" tall. Rotor is capable of holding 10.5 oz. of contaminants. One 55 gallon drum of WVO will take approximately 60 minutes to process. The viscosity is the critical part of this equation. Centrifuge generates at 85 PSI a centrifugal force 2,000 times greater than gravity ... moreat 7500 RPM. You need to purchase a 1/3HP motor with pump for centrifuge operation. The centrifuge will filter wvo, filter wmo, filter hydraulic oil, filter gear oil or dewater biodiesel. I used this to filter grease for my WVO/SVO/Veggie Oil car. Works great and can handle a lot of volume but naturally depends on the quality of the source oil. Oil temperature, and pump capabilities. Hey Guys, I'm selling my Greasecar system. Anyone familiar with the waste vegetable oil for fuel will know about Greasecar systems. They have been in this business quite a while and have one of the better systems on the market. I had this installed in a diesel Passat. It's ideally suited for the Mercedes 300D. VW golf, Jetta Diesels as well. This package I just pulled from the car and had very little use. My car is a 2005 with the Pumpe Duse injectors. After I installed I read that it wasn't suited for his engine and I wouldn't recommend running veg oil in it. S at most I ran a couple of tanks of oil. I built this from a processor kit and wash tank kit purchased from Utah Biodiesel Supply. I have made ASTM quality bio for several years with this setup. We are selling our diesel car and I no longer need to make bio. This utilizes a 65 gallon water heater so that I can make 45 gallon batches. Heating element was replaced last month. Up for sale is my WVO/Biodiesel process supplied. I have a 200 PSI bag filter housing(pressure vessel) A 1/3 HP pump from Redline pump and a 400ā°F 55 gallon barrel band heater. I purchased this equipment new and used it to filter and dewater WVO that I used for my 2-3 hour daily commute. I used to commute from Salem Oregon to Portland Oregon every day- a distance of 100 to 110 miles that took me anywhere from 1 to 1.5 hours one way. I got the WVO from our café at work, took it home and put it in a 55 gallon drum where I heated it for 1-2 days with the band heater. Once heated to ~100 degrees, I bled the water out of the mixture, then filtered the WVO through a 5 micron 4"x8" sock filter into clean containers. What came out was a nice clear amber color(looked like Light Beer) ... moreand I used that in my VW auxiliary heated fuel tank. I would start the car on Diesel, warm it up for a few miles, then switch over to WVO for the majority of my commute. Once I got to work I shut down on Diesel. I did this for 2 years and ran about 66 gallons of WVO fuel per month through my car. The system worked flawlessly and saved me a ton of money. My best month of commuting costs I made two trips to Seattle from Salem in addition to my normal commute for a total of 275 MPG on fuel I was paying for. That month I made these trips using only one tank of diesel. Anyway, I now have a 7-minute walk to work everyday, so WVO just doesnāt work for me any more. I have had this stuff sitting in my garage for the past 2 years doing nothing. Now I wish to just get rid of. I have for sale my biodiesel processor. I built this from plans I purchased from Utah Biodiesel Supply 3 years ago. Since then. I have used this processor to make high quality biodiesel from used vegetable oil that I've burned in my Ford F250 and my 2 VW diesels. This processor works great! The only reason I am selling it is because I want to build a bigger one and I need to move this one before going larger. This processor yields about 25 gallons of high quality biodiesel per batch and 1 batch will take you about 1-2 days depending how much time you've got. I also added several enhancements to the plans by adding a separate wash tank and a settling tank that are both the cone bottom design which allows you to have up to 3 batches in-process at the same time. I also added a smaller ... morecone bottom tank for mixing the catalyst. Also, I put the entire unit into a 4' X 5' plastic vat so if there is an oil spill, it will contain it instead of it running all over your garage or shop floor. This vat also makes it very convenient to move the processor in one contained unit with a tractor or forklift. The plans call for 1 pump, but with the extra tanks, this has 2 pumps to move the oil. It also has 2 filters to filter the final product down to 10 microns before you put it in your vehicle. I have over $2500 worth of materials invested in this processor but I'm letting it go CHEAP because I need to move it and it has just about paid for itself in fuel savings. I have the reserve set at $500- you couldn't build one for that price- that's 80% off of the cost of the parts to build it! I am selling one of my WMO WVO centrifuges. It is based on a pressure cooker design. I am using a raw power centrifuge bowl( coupled to a 3450 rpm motor which is driven by a Fincor VFD(variable frequency drive) to spin the centrifuge at 6000 rpm. I built two of these and one was for a friend who changed his mind. I have some photos attached of the build of the unit for sale as well as some youtube videos of mine in action. I added a Control Techniques Comander SE.37KW variable frequency drive to control the speed, and a Cutler Hammer E45 48 temperature controller with thermocouple. No heater is included. The unit will be shipped in two boxes and will be disassembled for safe shipment. New seals, if needed, can be ordered from WVO Designs. They have exceptional customer service. The main shaft seal should probably be replaced since the motor will be removed from the bowl for shipping. I have been very happy with this unit. And have expeditiously cleaned over 1000 gallons of WVO. The VFD is currently set to spin the shaft at just under 6000 rpm with a simple flip ... moreof a switch on the outside of the 3R enclosure. Up for auction is a Vintage Tokheim 720M 1/4 HP Fuel Transfer Pump 12 Volt works great. There are a few minor scratches in the paint but nothing to harm it. The pump was just serviced a couple months ago and everything works flawlessly. It does not include the nozzle or the hose. Also it does not include the intake tube, but if you want the intake tube I will send it but you will have to pay for the extra shipping and handling. The pump consists of two meshing gears unlike the vain type that is used on the newer Fill-Rite style pumps. This older design Pumps a little slower but is virtually indestructable whereas the vanes on the fill rite style pumps tend to wear out much easier. Used a few times. Tested and works fine. Area of discoloration on outside of belt(shown in picture) does not feel in belt material. I believe it was from rag next to barrel while heater was on. Does not affect heater.

This biodiesel production equipment was in use for several years in 2 locations. The plant allows the operator to perform esterification. Up for auction is one solid brass barrel wrench used to remove plugs from oil drums etc. 5 Gasoline, and 6 diesel identification stickers.The drum wrench is marked" Wizard All-Plug- Non-Sparking-Milwaukee No.521. Industrial size#3 aluminum filter bag housing with adjustable steel stand. Completely cleaned and refurbished. It has a new Buna seal for lid and 4 seals. Filter housing has side inlet 1" FPT and bottom outlet 1" FPT and an interior stainless steel filter bag support basket. Inlet and outlet have barbed fittings for hose attachment. Threaded drain with plug is located at the bottom. Lid has a 1/4" FPT for pressure gauges. Etc. Currently a pressure gauge is attached. Dimensions of filter housing are 5" dia. and 13" tall. Up for auction is a Davco 234 Plus fuel filter. I LOVE this filter! I used it on my school bus WVO conversion for less than 1.500 miles, but changed it out for a different filter because it was hard to change the filter where I had it mounted(underneath) It would be great in a location with top or side access. This filter is made for running waste vegetable oil and biodiesel. It has two coolant ports(1/4" NPT) on the bottom which allows the base to be heated by coolant from your engine. The IN and OUT fuel ports are 3/8" NPT. But can be removed to use ORB fittings. It also has a threaded port(plugged) that could be used to put in an optional 12v heater. Because of the design of this filter(air in the plastic bulb) It works awesome for looped return WVO systems because if you happen ... moreto have any air in the system, it will work itself out in the filter. Filter is in good shape with some normal wear and just a little grime. It should be good to go. Includes filter wrench. I am selling my bio diesel processor that I built a few years ago. I have not been able to secure enough waste vegetable oil from the restaurants around my area. I have lost track. But probably have made about 2500 gallons since I've been doing this. I use the methoxide(lye + methanol) process. The tank that you see in the pictures is about 115 gallons, but I make 75 gallon batches in it. When the methoxide is introduced(through a separate 15 gallon poly barrel) the total fluid in one batch is 90 gallons, leaving 75 gallons of bio-diesel floating above the 15 gallons of glycerin. The conical(cone) shaped tank is of heavy duty. Stainless steel construction. It by itself is probably worth around a thousand bucks. There are two pumps, each having a series of valves to regulate flow. One pumping ... morestation is used for the mixing process, which pumps from the bottom of the tank and runs it to the top of the tank. It just cycles for about 3 to 4 hours at about 130 degrees. The other pump moves the bio diesel(which has been seperated after a 24 hour resting period) through a fitting just above the separation line(glycerin has settled below the line. It is then pumped through a filter system before flowing into my fuel tanks. Once the biodiesel has been removed, then I just open up a valve on the very bottom of the tank to drain the glycerin. This is where the cone shape comes in real handy! Also. I have wrapped the tank with a layer of heat keeping insulation. The tank is mounted on a heavy duty cart that can be moved around easily. It has good rolling wheels, two which pivot. There is a sight tube to see where your fill mark is, which also indicates the mixing and separation processes. Everything is wired and plugged into a single electrical source. The heating process and both pumps have their own switch. I have a lot of extra parts and pieces that I'll throw in. Plus I'll be willing to part with my 300 gallon fuel tank and its stand if the auction gets to the reserve price.
