Has 5hp propane engine. Regulator and carb alone are worth 200$. These will work on other engines. It has a centrifugal clutch on it. A york type automotive a/c compressor. This will make a great 5hp air compressor for the do it yourselfer. Has good compression. Put a shot of carb cleaner in it and hit ran first pull. Costs 1339.06 new. 400$ for the pump. Buyer pays shipping. Ebay shipping calculator will be wrong. Disregard it. Pick-up is free. I'll get it crated and measured and then we'll figure shipping to your zip. A transfer compressor is a must if you deliver propane. It allows you to transfer liquid propane from a horizontal l tank to another tank or bobtail delivery truck. This is crucial when you need to evacuate a tank for repair in the field for service or to remove the tank with less than 5% product as required by code. A pump won't work because an excess flow valve is used at the outlet of liquid line of the propane tank. A pump will cause a lot of flow very quickly. This will'slug' shut the excess flow valve and prevent liquid from flowing. The compressor takes tank vapor pressure from the tank being transferred to. And adds it to the tank being evacuated. This differential pressure allows liquid to flow from one tank to the other. The excess flow valve may still slug shut, but now it is more easily controlled by throttling the liquid line and/or cycling the compressor on and off. Cylinders can be brought back to the plant to be inverted and drained. Horizontal tanks must be evacuated. Don't be caught without the mean to do it.
