This is a Japanese made Consew 104 chainstitch embroidery machine. It is a clone of the Singer 114w103. The machine is in excellent condition. I have tested it and it makes a beautiful. Perfect chainstitch. The Japanese built Consews are very reliable machines and will last many years with regular oiling and cleaning. I will include a#6 and#7 nipple, five#6 needles, an instruction manual, spur presser foot and a few spools of thread. This auction is for the complete machine(head. This 4 head/15 needle Baruden embroidery machine was purchased new in 1999. Serial number is 992433A. The husband and wife who purchased this machine bought this 4 head model having in mind a possible commercial business. This never happened and the machine was used only as a hobby. It has not been used at all in the last four years. The hours are very minimal and this unit does have an hour meter. Unfortunately, I do not know how to turn this unit on in order to read them. I am selling this machine for a client who is liquidating his estate. This machine is as perfect as it comes, but as with all large high-tech sewing machines it will need to be retuned when it is set up to run again, kind of like a piano would need to be retuned once moved. This is a well used machine that we bought about four years ago when we were starting our embroidery business. We added a Masis usb reader to load the designs in to the machine. There might be a problem with one or two of the heads. Wen we bought it one of the heads didn't have any thread on it. All of the other heads had the needles threaded. Not sure if that heads works or not. We never used all of them. Usually just used heads one through four at any one time. Machine is set up for standard tubular hoops. Does not come with any hoops, has the hat frame. We were told when we bought it that it had been rebuilt a few years before.
